I can't say enough good things about my experience at this shoe repair shop! I’m so glad I found this place! I had a pair of winter boots that needed some serious love. The zipper was broken, and there were a couple of scuff marks that made me hesitant to wear them. After getting them repaired here, they look amazing! The staff was not only professional but also incredibly friendly, which made the whole experience even better. I love how they took the time to discuss my options and provided advice on maintaining my boots. They even offered a warranty on the repairs, which made me feel confident in their work. The only improvement I'd suggest is to perhaps have a loyalty program for repeat customers. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place to anyone needing shoe repair services; you won’t be disappointed!
